We’re looking for a Cabinet Field Service Technician to join our dynamic operations team! In this hands-on role, you’ll handle on-site cabinet repairs, assist with deliveries, support our shop team, and help ensure top-quality service to our builder clients.

What You’ll Do:
- Perform on-site cabinet repairs and finish touch-ups
- Visit job sites to troubleshoot installation issues and support builder relationships
- Assist with cabinet deliveries, verify materials, and unload as needed
- Support shop operations with cabinet assembly or minor modifications
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and shop
What You Bring:
- Experience in cabinet installation, carpentry, or woodworking
- Strong problem-solving skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Good communication and a professional, customer-first attitude
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work (stand, walk, bend, climb ladders)
- Comfort using hand and power tools
Preferred Experience (Not Required):
- Construction site or renovation project experience
- Familiarity with cabinet materials, brands, and hardware
- On-site repair/service work experience
- Ability to read cabinet layout plans or blueprints
- OSHA safety training or vocational carpentry training
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED

Compensation: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
